Good nutrition can be essential for good health but not when it makes you completely obsessed and consumes all your free time. Having a positive and enjoyable relationship with food is such an important factor when it comes to our health and wellness.
Join Renee Little; a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor(TM) to challenge dieting beliefs and shift your mindset about your body and about how you view the food you eat.

An essential pillar of her work is that she helps women to understand why they are dieting, why they are restricting their food intake or not properly nourishing their body. The why is so key! This happens through a lot of conversations, challenging beliefs rooted in diet culture and slowly building skills that help to improve their relationship with food.
